Okay ignoring the fact that I think VW's are cute I really do like this toy. I was in the toy section browsing for something to get him now that he was coming up on a year old. I decided on this car for several reasons. The first being that he took a shine to it immediately. I had him with me at the time and he pitched a fit when I tried to put it back on the shelf. I quite like this car it has a good look and is easy for Steven to play with it has a pull along cord and an opening boot lid to get all the pieces out, he can only do the circle and star at the moment but he is working on the other pieces, it can play either music - good selection of tunes - or say ‘circle’ etc. when the piece is correctly fitted in. it has a volume switch which I feel doesn't alter the sound drastically. It also has flashing lights on the front which my son likes.
