Wicked For Pouring In Your Coffee!

I fancied a NICE hot drink today and when I saw the snow I decided it would be hot chocolate.... when I got to the cupboard and saw we didn't have none though I was GUTTED!!! Instead I dug the Kenco out and when I went to the fridge for the milk was instantly made happy when I noticed we'd got a full tub of Asda fresh single cream sitting there!

Coffee and cream for me then!!! lol

All the different supermarkets sell the same cream and most of it is in the same red tub with a plastic lid so you can seal it properly after you've opened it. The lid fits on this one properly but it's best to take the flimsy plastic peel off lid off first or sometimes the proper lid is a bit hard to push down properly.

The cream is mega good quality, it's pure white and has got a lovely silky texture that you can feel straight away as you drink it and also if you get a bit on your fingers while you're using it. It smells and tastes proper fresh and I thought it was sooooo delish in my coffee that I've just done myself another cup! lol

The cream stirred nice into the hot coffee and didn't leave any white bits floating on the top. You don't have to use that much in a normal sized mug of coffee and I reckon this tub of cream will last for a bit, it's got to be used in 3 days now I've opened it though so I'd better start drinking a bit more coffee!

A good thing is that this is British cream, I don't know about the other supermarkets but being British gives me more confidence that the cream is dead fresh.

This 300ml tub cost 77p and it comes in different sizes as well. It says on the tub it's good for pouring and cooking and I know it works good when you pour it and it must be fine for cooking as well because that's what my mum would have brought it for.... before I nicked it for my coffee! lol
