I love baking! I used to be absolutely horrific at it until I reached my twenties and then when I was pregnant I started to experiment (out of boredom) and I haven't stopped since! I've tried all sorts of cakes, pies etc and I'm still getting to grips with perfecting biscuits! When I first started my baking a few years ago I ... Read the complete review

I got this mix for my little boy as he loves baking and it looked quick and easy for him. The mix comes in a 200g pouch that has a big banner across it saying "just add water" - this was the selling point for me. There are 3 step by step, easy to follow instructions on the back. They are very basic - add 2 ... Read the complete review

Me and my sister decided to get this as we had a sudden urge for cookies, and made it on the same day... but the results were not entirely what we expected... ~~~PACKAGING~~~ The cookie mix came in a plastic packet, with a lovely photo of the supposed outcome printed on the front, and easy step by step instructions on the ... I love cooking and I want my two children to grow up able to cook their own food too. They're only two at the moment, so I guess I've got a while yet before I need to start teaching them cookery skills, but in the meantime, Betty Crocker's Cookie mix is a fun thing to do on a rainy afternoon with them. The packet itself ... Read the complete review

This chocolate chip mix is available in two sizes a small packet for 8 cookies & a larger packet for 24 cookies. The only difference between the two (besides ingredients) is that you need to add an egg & oil to the larger packet but only 30ml of water to the smaller packet. I purchased my packet for making 8 cookies ... Read the complete review

My boys love baking buns and biscuits and whilst I am not a bad cook these days (the smoke alarm only goes off now and again!) I am not very good at baking, probably because I haven't done it much in the past. So when we were shopping at our local Asda store last week and I saw this pack of 'easy to make' white chocolate chip ... Read the complete review

Betty Crocker is a well known brand and while browsing in the cooking aisle I noted these with in a red pouch with a picture of fresh baked cookies and a big sign across the front saying just adds water. I was immediately attracted so dumped them in the trolley. It cost just over £1 for a 200g pouch from Morrison's. ... Read the complete review

Betty Crocker is an invented persona for the baking market that specialises in all sorts of desserts or treats ranging from pancakes to brownies and of course cookies. I've really gotten into cooking for myself recently and prefer to make things from scratch using a proper recepie book, however the book I'd purchased was ... Read the complete review

Whilst shopping for a few basics the other day, and allowed to go on my own for once I was able to have a long browse down the aisles, I decided that I would make something with Toby as he is really into cooking at the moment. I normally encourage him to help me with a full recipe, but as he was feeling a bit under the weather I opted ... Read the complete review

Now that I've got a driving licence, Harry and I seem to be popping out every day, just to get out of the house because we can really! We'd been doing some puzzles and he'd been doing some by himself for the first time, so I said I'd get him a little treat when we went to the supermarket. When we got to the shop, Harry kept asking for ... Read the complete review
