I know people might say that eggs are just eggs, and the way the chickens are kept make no difference to the actual taste. And this is where I disagree. I used to buy cheap eggs, ones that were just branded by the Supermarket, and I now know that this was foolish of me. After watching a documentary about how some chickens are kept, I was thouroughly appalled and vowed to only buy eggs which were a product of happy hens. Happy eggs are the embodiment of this!

The eggs come in a bright yellow carton with the logo on the front. I usually buy the carton of 6 and cost me £1.69 for the medium size.

The actual eggs are brown in colour and when cracked, they have the most amazing deep golden yolks. Compared with the pale yellow from the battery farm hens, they have made me a firm believer that a chicken's environment really does make a difference to the quality of the eggs they produce. After all, its all about quality, not quantity!

These eggs taste amazing, and although they might be slightly more expensive than some of the eggs which don't come from free range hens, they are totally worth it. A guilt-free boiled egg always makes my day! I would recommend these to anyone and I urge people to try them all the time, its worth it.
