... it the old way using 2 bowls because I was using the microwave for something else at the time. It didn't take long to melt and the chocolate looked lovely and shiney when it was melted, one thing to say is that it sets quite quick so make sure you've got everything ready before you start melting it. It deffo sets a lot quicker than milk chocolate, I'm not sure if that's because of it being white chocolate or something to do with the brand.

I know this makes me sound like a bit of a kid but I'm soooooooo excited about the World Cup even though I'm not into football all that much. So when I brought a pack of digestives for my 2 year old sister to decorate I had a bit of a brain wave and got some white chocolate and red writing icing so we could make some England flag biscuits.
