... really sugar and fat flavoured with cocoa powder. I have never tried a piece of this on it's own because it doesn't smell all that much like chocolate and I know I deffo wouldn't like the taste of it.
It melts quick and easily, you can nuke it or do it in a saucepan with a bowl on the top. It's the same however you melt it so I use the microwave for quickness, it only takes a minute or so and all you have to do to help it on it's way is give the chocolate a stir once or twice.

We get through quite a few bars of this a month because I make fairy cakes and biscuits with my sisters, plus my 2 year old loves decorating plain digestives and chocolate is the best thing for that!!! I was happy when I brought a block last week because Tesco have put the price down from 60p to 50p for a 300g block and that's brill value because that's a lot of chocolate and when it has been melted it goes a long way.
