I brought this flour from Tesco when me and my sister was making some fairy cakes the other day, I'm not loyal at all to flour and only ever buy the supermarket bags. We don't buy the cheapo bags of flour though because the flour is quite often clogged up together and also my mum said you get flour mites quicker in the cheapo flour. This flour costs 75p for a 1.5kg bag and as soon as you open it you'll see it's quite a fine flour and the top layer of mine was mega dusty but that settled down quite quick and by the time I had weighed my 400g out the flour was fine.
