      yum

As a member of weightwatchers I often look for their products on offer or at a special price. So when I saw these in poundland, I thought it seemed reasonable and would make a nice treat.

The packaging says it is enough to make 16 mini cookies. To be honest I couldn't be bothered to mould them at that size so I made 8 slightly larger ones.

It's very easy to make and the packaging has clear instructions of how to make it and what you need to add (water and margarine). You pop them into the oven and they only take about 10 minutes.

When I had them, they were simple and quick and tasted pretty good. I dont buy them on a regular basis but I do from time to time as a treat when I fancy them.

The cookies came out warm, soft and gooey - perfect and at 1 point per cookie (0.5 if you make 16 as suggested) they are a good way to extend your points.

A little trick I found if you dont want to shape them into cookie shapes and dont mind what they look like is to just bake it on a flat tray as a sheet of cookie mixture and then just cut it when it's cooked. yum
