HSBC:
... 3 years I have held a current account with HSBC where I keep some of my other cash in. HSBC does not seem to offer better advantages than what you would get at Natwest with saving rates or with good accounts like the student account. The other notice able problem with them happens on their cashier tills they only have 3 staff working on the cashier tills on normal days all the time. I can understand Monday - Thu... For students this offer still stands so Natwest certainly are giving to their customers! When coming to bank at Natwest at any branch you will always notice how much staff they in.They make it easier no for those coming to give cheques in by having a deposit box for them so you do not have to wait in the ques. Natwest Bank ... have banked with Natwest since I was about 11 (so a good 13 years now) and to be perfectly honest, I think the only reason I ve stuck with them is because I have a bad credit rating but they will help me out if I twist their arm as they know my history because I ve been with them so long. I originally joined Natwest as they were the only bank that gave out a debit card to young people (so teenagers in other words!) which was a novelty when I was young. I enjoyed paying for things with a solo card just like an adult. As the years went on, my account was upgraded due to me earning more money and I was given a cheque book. this was an upgrade to the Advantage Gold accoun... Barclays Bank ... joined Barclays in March this year so that I could take advantage of their excellent regular saver rate of 6%. Applying for the savers had to be done in branch, however staff were very friendly and did not push other products onto us, although we did have to wait over an hour to speak to someone. Once I had my saver set up I expected to recieve some sort of confirmation, or information about the account in the post, but I received nothing. Two months after opening the account, when it had £750 in it, I contacted Barclays by going into a branch and asking for some help. After nearly 3 weeks they traced the account and finally gave me a sort code and an account number. ... Read the full review: Give me back my money! by Dinah93 |
