paypal.com:
... is a good service, and has many positive points, however like any other bank or finance company it has it s downsides too! Its good points consist of: Easy to use (arguable, but I ve always found it okay), it is free to sign up and doesn t charge you anything unless you use it, it is also a secure and safe way of sending and receiving payment with people you do not know which makes things like e-bay and any o... Natwest Bank ... remember being about thirteen or fourteen years old when my mother suggested I have my own bank account, this would be where I could put my pocket money - meaning I would have to start budgeting for myself! I can t remember exactly why we chose Natwest bank; I suspect it was probably done to some freebie or promotion. Anyway in we went, set up my account (fairly stress free I seem to remember) and I am still banking with them now. I am twenty one now, so feel that I have been with the bank long enough to pass my opinion on off them. *Branch* Natwest has over 3000 branches within the UK (as I have been reliably informed by their website!), and I personally have never... Alliance & Leicester ... am not a fan of Alliance and Leicester. My main reasons for this are: -When going £3 over drawn I was instantly charged £50, no letter to let me know, no phonecall, I would not have known unless I had phoned them to enquire to my balance. -They upped my interest rate for my allowed overdraft without telling me, when I first opened the account I was told it would be no more than £5 per month, it is now 50p a day which makes it around £15 per month. -Their website is not very user friendly, Lloyds tsb s website is much better and easier to use, Alliance and Leicester s is pretty much useless. -Their customer service skills are terrible on the phone, they bark at you as... Natwest Bank ... only bank that I have been with is Natwest. I opened my first account with them when I was 16. I opened a current account and an ISA account. I loved the interest rate that I got with the ISA, but now due to the recession it is less impressive but I cannot blame that on the bank itself. The next account I opened was a Student Account, it was easy to make an appointment and took about 20 minutes to sort out opening the account and getting a credit card. However, later I found out from another branch that I should have been offered a savings account and that my overdraft had not been put on my student account. This was extremely annoying, because as everyone knows mov... Read the full review: Average Bank by Elixiress |
