	Halifax ... had an current account with Halifax and also had an ISA savings account two years back, Halifax are quite a big and have a lot of staff working on their tills as well, They also have got atleast two cash machines outside their bank for customers to use and take their cash and also have another two inside as well. Waiting lines do get big at Halifax especially at 12, When i was with Halifax i used to get a lot of charges from them for overdrafts a lot when i had enough money and also my ISA savings account for some reason would never go up either. 	Natwest Bank ... s be honest, no-one really loves a bank. We resent them because they tell us we have no money left, when what we really wna to to know is that yes, we can go shopping. However, some banks can soften the blow a little, and Natwest do seem to be approaching human in the way they deal with their customers. The branch on campus that I have used for the last eight years is staffed by well-trained, bright, friendly people who are happy to help, and bother to address me by name when they talk. Natwest also offer online banking and telephone banking, and you can actually speak to your branch on the phone, which can be useful, particularly if you bank in one place and live...
