When I opened the account I signed up to internet banking and opened an e-savings account. This meant that if I had any money in the account I wasn t using, I could transfer it into e-savings and earn a little bit of interest until I ...

The other notice able problem with them happens on their cashier tills they only have 3 staff working on the cashier tills on normal days all the time. I can understand Monday - Thursday but what about Friday-Saturday? They should put in more staff on those days because the ques get so big and some people come to put sack loads of cash! The result leads us customers having to wait for ages just to get to a cashier! This has been my majo...
