This appears to be done on a regional basis. So all customers with a property in a particular region may have been notified that their property has been revalued downwards by the sam... Natwest Bank ... current bank account is with Natwest,I have been a member of Natwest for 10 years now.Natwest has got some excellent customer service, the bank is the biggest bank i have seen or been to in my life. When you come to Natwest you will notice they have atleast 8 workers on the tills working here to ensure waiting lines are kept small. Natwest offers customers who switch their ISA over a 7 percent ISA rate which is the highest rate you can really find,No other bank offers a higher percentage rate than Natwest do when it comes to the ISA. Natwest always send me out my statments on time,All my visits to the bank in the last ten years have been good,I am impressed a lot by th... For a start, there s the name, which sounds made up, the fact that it s an internet only account (my hard-earned savings, lost on the net!?), then fact that I d never heard of them didn t help inspire confidence, and the fact that their parent bank is Indian made me wonder if their customer support would resemble that of various India-based call centres I have been redirected to lately! However, the experience has been far from excruciating. Unlike other savings accounts (naming no names!) the interest rate, which was the strongest incentive to set up the account, has remained competi...
