Abbey national is a great bank and very rarely do I get a problem with the bank about my account or my situation.

Customer service: is absolutley brilliant in the bak they have people who just liven up your day and make you feel welcomed which really gives you a good feeling and doe snot make you feel akward. The staff are really pleasant and talk to you through out the opening of an account or in general if there is a problem.

Bank interest: is kind of alot and sometimes they will treat you but sometimes they don't its just a matter of luck but the interest is high and once you put in your money you get interest added on to it in less than 2 days which is brilliant for anyone who puts in loads of money like I do.

Overall this bank is one of the best banks that I have opened an account with and I will only say if your looking for customer service this bank is the one for you.
