Disadvantages: Very bad Customer Services

I have been a customer of Abbey National for 12 Years now and I have never been so disatisfied with a company than I am with Abbey National now.

What on earth are they doing.

Two branches in my area have closed down leaving one branch that I can now use, why? I can only assume its because of cost cutting, also they have made lots of there staff redundant. At the same time these staff were made redundant and the two branches shut down, they closed my branch I now use down for a week for guess what REMODERNISATION, how much must they have spent on that.

I went into the branch today and the queue was out of the door and two trainee cashiers on the counter.

It doesnt make sense to me, surely this is not very good customer service.

I must say that I feel really sorry for the staff that are left.
