Ah, there is good news upon Scottish Provident and Abbey National bankers as Abbey National are in a bid to take over Scottish Provident. This is good news for the bankers as some are expected to get 6,000 pounds by the take over bid. I myself have been a Abbey National Banker for about 6 years now and i have no quarrels with the service and i am looking forward to this take over. Scottish Provident who have been formed since 1834 used to be one of the huge (and still are to an extent) Building Societies in England and Scotland.
