Advantages: ease of use

Disadvantages: slow sometimes

I joined up for this service about three months ago and have not looked back since....
I find it absolutely invaluble for checking my account to see not only my balance but where my money goes to etc....
It is excellent to be able to get up at 4am to check whether a cheque has gone out or a direct debit has been taken yet.....
I also like the feeling of being in total control of my account and being able to see at all times my account without having to leave my house.
This was especially useful when I was pregnant and is very handy now I have a baby.
Abbey National's service is very good I have found in that you can even pay bills you have set up online as well.
I have found only one problem with them , the time it takes to load the pages, but I guess it may be because of the security features they have.
