I have been with abbey national for too many years to count...... but this online banking, I thought would be a doddle to use, drives me CRAZY, to say the least.

Most of the times when you enter which card you have and the numbers to enter, it doesn't accept it, and you have to keep plodding on, when you EVENTUALLY get into it, the pages are slow to load and the bank balance is always a few days out of date.

The PLUS side, as I am trying to be an all rounder here, is that the pages are so well encrypted, NOTHING could hack your account, as there are so many boxes to click on you can be assurred of your privacy.

Great if you don't need it for much else than checking your balances, but too fiddly for anything else.

Summary:
