Advantages: Highier Intrest than anyother ISA

Disadvantages: Can only put one lump sum in a year

If your going to invest in an ISA then A&L is the best to choose at the moment. It has the highest Interest rate going.
I've got £3k cash in one and its growing nicely, and will be added to every year for around 3 years. Don't be afraid of investing in one as you can always take your money out at any time if you need to, but you can only place ONE lump sum in at the start and once a year after that so be sure you really need the money before you take it out of your ISA.
