Disadvantages: they keep your money

had a young savers account set up by my grandad in 1973 been money in there ever since, been at the same house for 34 years, and they said we closed your account because it was domant, but i said this is a savings account not a current account they were not intersted, and kept all the money.
no letters ever written to advise me, i wrote them a letter and they never responded at all.
tried calling customer service they said to write in a again.
i still have the passbook for my savings, but they said you dont bank with us!
they are not intrested in helping people this bank, they would rather pocket your savings or put some charges on your account.
rude people in the branches.
i hope this credit crunch takes them out.
my father had to keep going back to the bank 7 times as they did not do what he asked.
not even worth 1 star!
