Advantages: Internet Banking

Disadvantages: Poor customer services when you deal with an advisor

I'm currently happy with the service from Barclays. Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud on my current account and this was handled very very badly by Barclays and I was adament I was going to close my accounts with them. Thankfully this has now been rectified and I am happy with the outcome and hope it doesn't happen again! Since the problems I had on my account I am currently happy with the easy internet banking. I feel it is a bit too easy to get a loan as I got £1000 in a few minutes online! The interest is quite high and I am still paying it off now! Apart from the service I received when I had someone steal my own money I couldn't fault the internet banking with Barclays! They have recently introduced a pinsentry card reader to help stop fraud. The device needs your card to be inserted, asks for your pin number and generates a code for you to input into internet banking. I hope my review is helpful!

Summary: I love internet banking and couldn't live without it!
