Dont Bank Here! (Barclays Bank)

I hate barclays bank! The only reason why i am banking with them is because previously i was with lloydstsb which is just as bad!!

Maybe i just dont like them because i have a bad credit rating and they never seem to be able to help me such as when i have asked for an overdraft they wont give me one but yet they dont seem to have a problem letting me go overdrawn and charging me with a £30 fee!!

I even had an additions plus account because it was the only one with travel insurance but when i got a letter advising that the monthly fee would be rising i cancelled that straight away as it didn't seem to be a way of saving money.

I have started to now look at other banks out there and the one so far in the lead is Nationwide due to the free cash withdrawal when abroad however i will not be changing banks just yet as i am in the midst of going through the process of reclaiming my overdraft charges back.

If anyone who banks with barclays have currently claimed against barclays i'd be insterested in your opinion and and advice you have to offer.

Summary: Would not recommend this bank to anyone.
