Advantages: online banking and in branch care to each customer

Disadvantages: none in my opinion

I have been with Barclays for a number of years now after leaving my previous bank due to them being pushy and very pushy into the products. However I have found that Barclays have treated me extremely well. I feel as though I am a person and not just a number or even worse to make money from! When I go into my local bank they know who I am and call me miss (surname) which I feel is absolutely fantastic and makes you feel a valid customer. I have recently started using online banking and I have to say it is the best system I am aware of from all other high street banks. When you sign up for online banking you receive a PIN machine were u enter your card and then your pin and you can access all of your account with the bank. It is extremely safe and secure and I would personally say well done Barclays on an excellent safe and secure online banking system. I also find when I ring up the central customer services that they treat you as a person and are absolutely fantastic, fast to answer your call, always polite and make you feel a valid custom. Well done Barclays I am proud to say I am a customer.
