Disadvantages: Bad customer service

I am with Barclays since may not that long, 2 weeks ago I had my purse stolen, call them for cancelled my card was done ... then 3 days after visit them to get some cash and surprise no more money on my account 800£.. so a member of staff give me the phone and i was told they will send me a letter to fill for dispute transaction.. They send me the same letter 5 times!! They sent me a new card that i received within a week wow cool!!! wanted to used it the cash machine eat it for security reason How funny!!!try to call their cust service line almost everyday they are so rude one guy told me that i have nothing to complain about they have million account to look after so.. In my point of view they should to have had a look on my account after i called them to report my stolen card.. nope they don t care!! they are still investigate ... will get an answer in 15 days now everyday new delay, the worst is the cash was tooken from barclays cash point I guess its too hard to have a look at their own cctv... They sent me a new card again but not the pin so they reset one have to wait again to receive that ..As soon that is sorted out go back to HSBC, with them one time took bigger amount as usual out they called straight away to check that was me..
