My business banking choice, The Cooperative Bank is hands down the best bank i've dealt with when it comes to business banking. I'll break it down into areas i've dealt with them:-

Customer Services: i have had to call them once or twice to sort passwords out for online banking and after just around 3 minutes on the phone my call was answered with the person on the phone apolgising for my wait!. I'm used to 10+ minute queues, especially for banks and so this was outstanding in my opinion. My questions were answered in a friendly manner and dealt with right there and then, no passing from person to person.

Paying In: This is the only part where they slightly fail in one way as unless you live by a branch (only very few) then it has to be paid in at a post office which delays the money going in as it has to be sent to skelmersdale (i believe) for processing. This is not a major issue really when you can nominate up to 6 post offices to pay in at, therefore making it nice and easy to get to a place to pay in as most villages/towns have at least one post office.

Banking Charges: NONE! that's right, none as i'm with the FSB (Federation Of Small Businesses) and going via them you can set up an account that has no charges at all, no paying in cheque charges etc (unlike other banks with business accounts)

Extra: £25 per year loyalty bonus!
