Good banking and good ethics (Co-operative Bank)

I have banked with the Co-Op for about 30 years, in that time having several different accounts, both personal and business. Whilst there have inevitably some frustrations during this long period, I have always been happy with the speed and courtesy with which these have been resolved. I have even had helpful treatment when the mistakes have been my own! My husband and duaghter both have similar experiences.
Most accounts offer fair rates.
The telephone banking is very convenient, and has been going a long time, so that problems were ironed out long ago. Link Points and post office access are available too.
The main reason, though, why I am in favour of the Co-Op Bank, is its ethical policy, which seems to me to be far superior to any other easily found bank's. The Co-Op is rigorous in deciding whom it will deal with.
So, with the Co-Op Bank, it is possible to have a good conscience and a good banking service.
