Co-operative Bank Reviews

Opened an account with the Co-Op for a brief period back in 2007. Big mistake, I found their internet banking service awful and outdated, difficult to get anything done in branch and the statements didn't half of the information I expected them too.

Sure, they are a "liberal" organisation which ties in nicely with my political and ideological beliefs but for what price?

Useless if you are located in London. Have managed our tenants' association banking through them for the past 4 years and now ready to move back to HSBC. No business support from their local branch so everything must be done by phone (at 0870 rates) or by post -- adds up to delays and cheerful but poorly trained call centre staff.
