Advantages: No paper bills, low interest rate, Good web platform

Disadvantages: Cashback recently reduced

I have had an Egg credit card for about a year now. I am very pleased with the whole concept of egg and have recently started saving with Egg too. Here are the plus points (MOST IMPORTANT point saved till last!!):-

1. Good interest rate - currently under 10% a real market leader.
2. No annual fee - I cannot believe some people still pay annual fees, but anyway there is none for Egg
3. Good cash back program. When I signed up I got 1% cash back. Since then they have reduced it to 0.5%, which is a little disappointing, but still OK.
4. The web platform is really good, very quick and easy to use.
5. Security is good - plenty of signing in passwords which give me lots of comfort that nobody will crack my account
6. Customer services answer the phone quickly, are well trained and very responsive. INterestingly they call you by your first name, which is odd at first, but I have grown to quite like it.
7. MOST IMPORTANT!!!!! They do not send credit card bills to your home. My girlfriend cannot see what I have purchased. FANTASTIC!!!!!! A real lifestyle enhancing feature!!

The downside - well all I can suggest is that I prefered a 1% cashback to a 0.5% cashback, but it is still very very good indeed.
