I've been with Egg since February 2000 and have both a credit card and loan with them.

I must say that I have been more than pleased with the service and products they offer since I joined them and the banking process in itself is so easy and just makes life a whole lot simplier.

I have only had one mishap with them where they mistakenly applied for too much money from my bank account - however they swiftly rectified this and payed all the charges incurred because of it and even gave me £25.00 to say sorry - now theres not many banks out there that will even admit to being wrong let alone try to make amends!

I will definately consider them for any future financial needs I may have.
