First Direct - They're so 21st century

Advantages: Online banking and very good customer service
Disadvantages: Can't think of any
I've been with First Direct for about 7 years now. I started banking with them when I finished Uni and have never thought about changing since. The best bit i sthe online banking, I never need to go to a branch and hardly ever need to call customer services. I do all my banking online, its just so convenient. Its so secure and easy to transfer money, pay bills, check balances etc. On the rare occasion thet I do need to call customer services I have found them extremely helpful and pleasant. They quickly and efficiently deal with my querries which shows excellent customer service. The wait on the line is also very short which is not something you get with many banks. All of my immediate family also bank with First Direct and we would not consider moving as we have many good offers on Savings accounts etc with First Direct. They're just brilliant and so easy to bank with.
Summary: Would definitely reccomend to others
