Our first bank switch, and rather a brave one considering the "novelty" of
online and telephone banking.
But after a two-year relationship it is still going strong!!
Excellent service, no loans "hard selling", just prompt accurate
banking and a supremely informative text banking system so
nothing gets out of control.
Much better than Lloyds TSB who were always trying to
get us to borrow over our heads while never promoting saving
schemes!
I can whole heartedly recommend First Direct bank to everyone.
If you are thinking about changing but feel it is too much hassle, then think again.
