I have tried to use this service for the last 12 months and I have not yet had a completely successful experience.
Today for example the logon page has failed to open on several occassions. My usual expreience is that I can only ever see the first page of any statements whether it is my online account or my credit card, page not found error is a common occurance on this site. I am in the process of changing accounts to one with usable online features.
