here i am going to talk about some of their accounts that they have. i went to halifax to open a debit account and they did it straight away. i would say that was amazing because in other banks you have to make an oppoinment and that could cause you a big problem if you have work. basically they opened my debit account straight away and it was really good. they offered me to open a halifax regular saver and this was something that i really like and its actually really good for people who want to save up. basically in this all you do is that you put minimum of £25 in per month for the full 12 months. the best thing about this was that you can't take the ...

Hello
I was wondering if anyone can help me.. i sent off a letter to Halifax to reclaim my bank charges. I got back a letter which appeared to be automated saying that there was an ongoing court case and they would inform me as they would all the customers in the same position of the outcome.
a few weeks later i received a letter stating that the judge had deemed there costs legal and therefore they would not refund them
Does any one know what i can do now, as i cannot see a way forwrd if the judge has made this decision on behalf of all the nation?
Surely there must be another way, banks cannot get away with robbing us blind any longer....
any help is appreciated
thanks
