The online side of Hsbc is very secure and you will need to remember your security questions and number in order to sign up to online banking. When you log in you need your Internet banking user ID along with your security number plus date of birth. I think this method from Hsbc is very good as it keeps its banker very safe online. The more security the more better for us customers to use online.

In the full year of using online banking with Hsbc there has been less problems for me. I normally notice the statements are updated the next day in the morning. The available balance in the only concern for me online with the balance not being up to date straight away it is always updated later on in the day or the next following day.

Banking online with Hsbc has been safe with me and when you do not be active on the site for 5 minutes it logs you out. All the security methods on the site have been so safe for me it does impress me at the highest standard.

Another headache common to bankers is canceling a direct debit. I had the chance of having that head ache cut online as all you had to do is cancel it online. Hsbc has a full list of all the direct debits you have it just makes your life a lot easier by canceling all the direct debits online.

There has been no hassle for me at all online with Hsbc much in fact they have been fantastic. It saves me time by checking my balances online and sorting my banking matters online and its all safe to!
