We have just received by post the details of someone else's account - account number, sort code, NI number, address, last year's earnings, after a simple request for my P60. How secure is THAT???? Where have the details of OUR account gone?

HBSC state "Keeping your banking and financial information safe and secure is of paramount importance." Obviously not, or else why would some poor person's details appear in a complete stangers mail box?

Apart from being totally apalled by your aparent lack of attention to detail, such as confusing something as simple as someones name, we would love to know how secure our account REALLY is???

So looking forward to an explanation... if you can make sure it gets to my address, not some random account holder, I'd be very much indebted.
