Advantages: good bank when it wants to be

Disadvantages: customer service is rubbish

I have been with these for some years now and to be honest they used to be very good..
I find now if you have a query and call there customer services you always get some one who "pass you onto my colleague" You get put on hold for i don't know how long then get told sorry we cant be of any help to you..Go to your Branch..
What is the point of telephone banking if they can't solve the query over the phone?

I am personally looking for a new bank but i think if you look hard enough every bank has its flaws..
