I am completly unhappy with the service that I received. I recently tried to open a Current Account with Cheque Book, but for some reason, when I went to check a week later, they couldn't find my application. The application was done by Internet and was informed that I would be eligible for the full current account with cheque book. I went into a branch the next day and said that I didn't have appropriate ID, which ID, as I had made a compliant. Four weeks later, I went in again, this time my ID was accepted but the system will only let me have a Basic Bank Account, even though both applications received exectly the same infomation. At present, I am trying to find out why the orginal applicaton (which was lost) informed me that I can have the account with a cheque book, as to with the second application, only offering a Basic Bank Account.
I have sent several letters and emaiils, which at first they had responded, but after a few weeks, they completely ignored my complaints.
