E-Banking at its best (HSBC)

Advantages: Exceptional Customer Service, Easy to Use Online Banking

When I fisrt joined HSBC I wondered why I bothered, transactions were slow, (it took days to register a withdrawal and internet banking was useless, although customer service was always exceptional).

Why the good rating I hear you ask, well I gave them a chance due to 'service with a smile', and how lucky was I to do so, the system is now up to the minute logging transactions to the second, and the online banking is as useful as it is convienient.

All daily finace chores are at the tip of my fingers and transaction I made in the last few minutes are there logged in front of me.

I always new the BC part meant Bank of China, but never the HS until now...
