Fantastic service (HSBC)
Member Name: 3kadua
Advantages: Easy, Friendly staff, Good range of services Disadvantages: None
I recently opened an account with HSBC and i would seriously recommend them. I got in the bank all ready with my pasport and address proof and i didnt even have to wait. Someone was there ready to talk to me and discuss my options. Everyone is so friendly in there and not just the person who i spoke to about opening my account. I explained to her that i wanted to change which account my wages went into. She typed into the computer a few bits, filled out a form and got me to sign it. Everything was done, I couldn't believe how quick it was. From past experiences, I would often have to wait to talk to someone, then they would go on and on about a whole bunch of irrelevant stuff and it would take ages to sort out. But she also asked if i wanted to open an instant access savings account. It was the best thing i have done. I asked to put £20 in every month from what i got paid and i dont even realise that it gets put in there. I totally forget that it is there and it's good to have for a rainy day. It is also the place to go to get your debit card. I wanted a switch card and you only need to have £300 deposited into your account every month in order to recieve it and it also acts as a cheque guarrantee. I was so impressed at how everything was handled and it's very easy to pay the money in. I am going on holiday soon and I have bought my travel insurance from HSBC and again it was quick and easy and quite cheap as well. Summary: |
