My First Experience of HSBC (Midland) was when I had just finished my Degree and reuired a Car to beable to star my new £14,500 Job. I had a letter from the company stating that there was no 6 month trial period. The Abbey National who i was banking with at the time said that they would not loan me the money untill I had been paid. This was not possible as I was moving 150 miles to Bristol. Thus I went into Midland(HSBC). After answering a few simple questions from the Loans advisor, he had agreed to give me a £4000 loan. What was even better was the fact that I walked out with the cash withtin an hour.

Next Time I cam to buy a new car a few years latter a £10,000 pound loan had been agreed on the spot again within an hour.

I also have Sky and the Banking service on-line are a lot better than on most banks web site. I can manage transactions from the comfort of my home seat. nice one HSBC......
