I have an ISA with Legal and General and manage it online. I have been using the online service since the start of the year and can only highly recommend their web site. Their log on process is secure whereby you are given an individual log on code (sent via email) to use each time along with your own chosen password. As I only have an ISA it takes me straight to that product and then lets me view it's performance - they update their stock prices at noon so logging on right at noon is extremely slow. The layout and log on process is standard by other online banking terms but the feature which I was most impressed with was their online help support. I had wanted to top up my ISA but couldn't find details on how to do this. I noticed that you could ask a question online which I then did. Half expecting to get through to a next screen saying someone will email me within 24 hours I was ultimatly shocked when an advisor introduced himself and helped me with my query. The whole "converstaion" was transcribed and then also sent to me in email format. I obviously praised the advisor on the service they were providing and he thanked me and said he would pass this positive feedback on - I then received a call a week later to discuss what I liked about the site. Very on the ball - hope they are that on the ball if something goes wrong too! :) Overall, very impressive.
