Advantages: quick, easy and reliable

Disadvantages: none that I can think of

I went to Lloyds TSB a few months ago to look at setting up a bank account, when I had looked at the leaflets for the various different bansk I decided to go with Lloyds. I turned up one Wednesday afternoon and didn't have an appointment but they were more than happy to see me and I was asked to take a seat, within 5 minutes somebody was with me, the lady guided me through the different current account options available to me and set up the account for me, all within around 20 minutes, that's got to be the quickest bank account I've ever set up! Each and everytime I have visited a Lloyds bank since I have found that the staff are genuinely helpful unlike many of the other banks you find on the high street and the queues are never too long either, all in all I would say switching to Lloyds TSB was an excellent choice for me and never before have I recieved such a high standard of customer service in a UK bank.

Summary: high standard of customer service thats very efficient
