I have banked with Lloyds TSB for many years now and have mainly been happy with the service I have received. I am not going to go into lots of detail to write about how a bank works and what services are on offer at Lloyds as I am guessing most of you will already be aware of both ! Lloyds offer all the usual facilities including current accounts,saving accounts,insurance,foreign currency and pensions to name a few. The best way to find out whats on ofer is to either visit your local branch or the Lloyds web site. I am more interested in writing about my experiance of banking with LLoyds.

I think it has become increasingly important for banks to work hard on their customer service in these days of choice. There are lots of incentives on ofer for switching your bank account and banks are desperate to attract new customers at the moment. Lloyds have always,in my view,had excellent customer service. I go into my local branch at least once a week and am always greeted by name and treated with respect.

Llloyds have worked hard to keep queues to a minimum and offer fast pay in facilites. When I recently wanted to discuss an issue I was immediatelty ofered a private room .

On another occasion I was having huge problems with pay pal. Pay pal told me that it was my bank who had refused to pay a request for money. Lloyds phoned pay pal and sorted the matter out for me. This was something they didn't have to do as it was not their fault.

I am very happy with Lloyds and would recommend them!
