I have banked with lloyds for 10 years and so far so good, havent really had any problems with them have always been very helpful when it come to financial situaions, there customer care centre always answer your call quickly. They offer a great variaty of savings accounts as well as our current accounts. They also so pensions, insurances including life insurance, car insurance etc... You usually get an appointment to see someone within a day or two which is good if there is something you need to speak face to face to someone about urgently. Only thing i would say that i dont like about my local branch, not sure if others are like this also, are that they have an open counter, where you put money in/out etc... which i dont think is very personal or private. I think financial situations are a personal matter and should be kept personal between the you and the cashier not so that others can also hear everything thats been said
