I have banked with Lloyds TSB since I was 15 years old! When I was 15, I had several jobs and wanted a proper account to use. When I went round the banks near me to open one a lot of them we not helpful and did not want to help me with information or there time but Lloyds TSB were different. I was asked my banking needs and they explained about the accounts available the interest rates etc and offered me a currant account with a card I could use for withdrawals at the cash point. They explained if there was no money in the account and I tried to withdraw, it would not let me and would probably swallow the card. I liked the way they gave me there time and treated me with respect.

I continued with this account and was invited in every year for a chat about my needs and what the account offered. As I got older and my needs changed, the account changed with me. Firstly, at 16 I got a proper debit card, which I could use, for purchases in shops cash withdrawals etc. Then when I was 18 years old, I bought a house and they offered me home insurance and an overdraft.

Every year they invite me in for a chat about my banking needs. They have helped me set up internet banking and phone banking. They send me a statement very month so I know what I have earned and spent.

I find the online banking useful I also find it more secure then my other online bank. To gain entrance to my account I need to enter a customer id number followed by a password then I have to be able to insert three different numbers or letters from another password to get into the account. I like the layout of the website and I can change the amount of direct debits and payments online very easily.

I have also used my nearest branch to put in cheques speak to them about transaction and withdraw cash. The staff are always helpful and polite. There are many branches so that makes banking with Lloyds TSB easier.

Overall, in the over 10 years I have been banking with them I have never had any problems. I would recommend Lloyds TSB to anyone who needs a currant account.
