Advantages: Great service, friendly

Disadvantages: Waiting in the cues tp pay the bills

I have been a customer with Lloyds now for a few years and can say that I have never had a problem with them. I find the staff very helpful, friendly and always willing to assist when I have a query. Lloyds TSB provide several services for customers, all offering different features and savings, ie: Current accounts, savings and investments, ISA, etc.

The ISA is great for if you want to keep money aside and earn a higher percentage interest than your current accounts.

Along with many other services, Lloyds also offer credit cards, mortgages, insurance, business banking, and many more.

Lloyds is a UK based banking company and is one of the largest banking groups in the UK.

I have always felt safe banking with Lloyds, and shall hopefully do so for many more years to come.

The only downfall that I have had with Lloyds recently is that whenever I go in the bank, I seem to wait ages to get to the till and the amount of staff has somehow seemed to reduce dramatically!
