Be very careful this bank should carry a serious health warning, used to be very different until merged with TSB. They are an empire who think they are above English Law. After 30 years I have now joined nationwide and waiting until something legal happens on bank charges and unlawful interest on bank charges. (November 2009 new Euro laws) will then reclaim all charges since 1995 and retire. Inexcusable amount of errors. Vile customer service. Harrassing and dangerous. Cannot emphasise enough.
This organisation is huge and sensible communication is impossible, their mistakes are covered up and supported by large group of solicitors who accept no responsibility for the inactions on the shop floor. Also watch out for fly by night managers who are inexperienced and very young-annual financial review meetings should be attended by a lawyer and police. Think again before commiting your self and read the complaints on the internet-its not just me-Think Think THINK
