Advantages: It keeps you money safe

Disadvantages: It charges too much for too little service

I can't really see how the TSB manages to make money when all of the people who they deal with usually end up feeling used and abused bynthem. They're rude at the tills, unhelpfull when you've got a problem and have mastered the art of sending you on a wild goose chase to a T. Surely there's some commision or other the governments setup to stop the way banks treat their customers, at least when it's bad. I think we all pay enough interest these days to demand a little respect when we walk into a bank. A "Thanks for your business Sir!" wouldn't go amiss every now and again!
