I have banked with Lloyds TSB for about 10 years now. At present I have a Gold current account, savings account and ISA. I originally went with Lloyds due to the extras you get with the current account. With the Gold account you pay £12 per month. For this you get travel insurance, mobile phone insurance, AA cover, sentinal card protection, ... Read the complete review

I have been banking with Lloyds TSB for a few years now. The main reason I initially joined was due to the fact that my parents were also with Lloyds TSB. Unlike most other banks Lloyds Tsb issued me a Visa card compared to a solo which most other banks offer to sixteen year olds. Have I found banking with Lloyds TSB? Overall ... I recently opened a new current account with Lloyds TSB using the online facilities. I still had to go into the bank to complete the process which in my mind defeated the point of the online option. Nevertheless, the lady in the branch was extremely helpful and offered me a number of financial products that she believed would help me but in a way ... Read the complete review

I recently opened an account with Lloyds TSB as I wanted to have another account to use for my day to day expenses and have found the experience since opening the account to be a good one. I used the account opening facilities online and found that their website was very well designed and easy to use which is something I will use for most of ... Read the complete review

I have banked with Lloyds for over 4 years now, choosing them at 16 because my parents bank with them and because they were the only account I could find that would give me a visa debit (compared to a solo or switch) at 16. I have sticked with them though, but chose not to upgrade my under 19s account to the student one, as Natwest offered me a ... Read the complete review

Since I was young I have had a natwest bank account. I think I was introduced to it as this was the bank my parents bank with. As a was a teenager I got my small wages paid into the account with no problems. When I became a full time wage earner natwest wouldn't upgrade my solo card, which I couldn't use everywhere. I wanted a switch card and even ... Read the complete review

This is what lloyds TSB is doing to me. Since I entered into my mortgage agreement in June 2009 the cost of Euro borrowing has substantially reduced in the short, medium and long term, as all financial indices prove. Indeed from a peak in late 2008 costs have fallen rapidly [see enclosed graphs] Why is it therefore that whilst the ... Read the complete review

Be very careful this bank should carry a serious health warning, used to be very different until merged with TSB. They are an empire who think they are above English Law. After 30 years I have now joined nationwide and waiting until something legal happens on bank charges and unlawful interest on bank charges. (November 2009 new Euro laws) will ... I have been a customer of Lloyds TSB for fifty years & I now intend to move my account to another bank as their service has progressively deteriorated. It is impossible to contact them via any type of e-mail secure or otherwise and on using their telephone banking service one is put through to one of their many indifferent centres at ... Ahhh Lloyds TSB are so infuriating! I had always had a fairly good relationship with them, perhaps it was because i was a good customer, never incurred any charges and never caused any problems for them. I had my first account with them when I was 14 and used them through university which was all fairly smooth going. ... Read the complete review

The bank that brought you the banking crisis and was bailed out by the government, that's right Lloyds TSB. I've been with Lloyds for two and a bit years (under 19s account) and am going to stick with them for a while all the way through uni (student account). Now I have never been a fan of big banks, primarily because they are run ... Read the complete review

I have had an account with the local branch of TSB since I was two years old. I never thought about changing banks, partly because of all the direct debits and payment going in, until recently.; I have had nothing but trouble with them the past few months. They constantly try selling me things such as upgrades to my account, mobile banking, car ... Read the complete review

Lloyds are a simple great value bank these days, now with the credit crunch it seems even trickier to find a bank that offers decent savings rate or even a descent account. My son has taken out the under 18s account which we believe to be one of the best accounts on the market. This account offers a great savings rate that can sometimes reach up ... Hii had an account with Lloyds for a period of 12 years it was pretty much the first account i had with them. I have been a customer with Lloyds now for a few years and can say that I have never had a problem with them. I find the staff very helpful, friendly and always willing to assist when I have a query. LLoyds savings and investment telephone service is a disgrace. If they encounter any problem they just tell you that there is nothing they can do about it. If you insist on speaking to a manager, well they can't be bothered either.
My problems were eventually solved by a branch employee who had access to exactly the same resources as the call centre, yet manged to solve the problem. Its a shame I had to waste half a days holiday.

Lloyds have excellent online banking which makes it easy to set up different types of transfers your self. Drop down menus protect against key logging to make Lloyds more secure than many other banks such as NatWest. At the moment there are no decent savings rates but there is a history of good deals so they are worth keeping an eye ... Read the complete review

Anybody who knows me, knows that it is no exageration to say that lloyds have been constantly trying to reduce me to the realms of nervous breakdown since 2004. I hate them, i hate them, i hate them. After huge difficulties with Natwest and a number of issues that they refused to sort out, I decided it was time for a bank change when it came to getting a student account for University.
