I have been with nationwide since I first had savings as a child so my parents choose to use them for me as I was very young. I have had money in bonds building up interest and other accounts with money sitting in.

I have not, as yet had any problems with Nationwide and will remain a customer of theirs as long as I do not seem to be getting any problems.

I now have a Flex account with them and various bonds that all seem to work well and I get informed of any changes being made to any accounts in plenty of time so I can decide what to do.

I also use their internet banking service which seems to work very well when I finally got it to work. I did have a problem getting it set up and couldn't seem to log in but this turned out to be my fault as I had forgotten my security information. I went into the branch to get help and they were really helpful with getting it all sorted out and I am now up and running with the internet banking.
