Advantages: Absolutely None!!!!

Disadvantages: Confusion, stress, poor service, frustration, suicidal feelings!!!!

I have been transfering my bank accounts to Nationwide for the last month or so and have to say it is becoming one of the singlemost stressfull events of my life.

I am leaving NatWest for their increasingly poor customer services but now i think i have found the worst of the lot.
I am sure Nationwide just pick their customer service people off the street each morning, whilst polite enough, they do not seem to have a clue.

I have received little or no guidance during the process and have had to chase just about everything (several times).
I could go on and on venting a month of stress but I have just completed a letter to their chief executive and am totally exhausted.

If you are thinking of going to Nationwide, THINK AGAIN!!
