Advantages: Online banking

Disadvantages: Cashiers asking same questions over and over again!

I have been with Natwest since I had my first bank account and I don't feel the need to change at all. Over the years, Natwest has provided me with the advice and support needed for a variety of things, from savings accounts, student accounts, post grad accounts, mortages and loans.

I find the Online banking facility great. The fact that I can check my bank accounts online at any time gives me piece of mind. I best thing is i can always check my balance to avoid the dreaded Red!
It is easy to use and you can move your money from one account to another, pay your credit card bill and apply for new paying in books and loans.

The only thing that annoys me about Natwest, is that EVERY time i go to the cashier desk, they always tell me they can offer me great deals and i am pre approved for a loan etc. Once is enough thanks! I guess that is why I use the online banking more - avoid the face to face chat with the cashiers asking the same questions over and over again!
